Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bethlehem follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Food came out pretty quickly and everything was really good. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are big enough to fill you up. I ordered the miso spicy ramen, and it was delicious. The servers were also nice and friendly. Overall, definitely a good spot to eat!

Rakkii Ramen is located right in the heart of town, but parking is surprisingly easy to find. The restaurant has a simple and relaxed atmosphere, and the menu offers plenty of choices. Today we ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen, a rich and creamy ramen, and fried calamari. I have to say, this is probably the best ramen I have had so far. What really impressed me is that they actually match the noodles with the broth. The two ramen dishes we ordered came with completely different types of noodles, and each one was a perfect match for its broth. The portion size was just right, and the flavors tasted genuinely Japanese. One thing I forgot to ask for was the black garlic oil, which I believe they have. Next time, I definitely need to try it. The restaurant itself is simply decorated, clean, and comfortable. And here is something I really appreciate. They even provide mouthwash for customers. After eating a bowl of rich and flavorful ramen, that little detail makes a surprisingly big difference. If you are a ramen lover, this is definitely a place you should not miss.

I stopped by this ramen spot and was impressed with the overall quality of the bowl. The broth was rich and full of flavor, clearly simmered with care. The noodles were cooked to a perfect medium texture, with just the right amount of bite. The marinated eggs were especially well doneβ€”perfectly cooked with a creamy center and great seasoning. Overall, a satisfying and well-balanced ramen experience that I’d happily come back for.

Rakki ramen is so good! Have only had take out from here until the other day (very good takeout), but I highly recommend at least once dining in! Shrimp lollipop is a must try.

The restaurant itself is clean and quiet with chilling music. However, the food is very disappointing. All of the food ordered seems to be pre-made dishes simply put into the microwave, heated, and served to the table. Ramen soup is premade powder (with heavily msg flavor) mixed with boiling water, and chashu are simply thin pork belly slice with no flavor at all. If I have to say, the chashu tastes like a burnt rubber, hard to chew and with unpleasant flavor. Do hope the restaurant owner would no longer treat customers as idiots… I truly cannot understand how come the restaurant is so highly ranked (> 4.0οΌ‰ on Google Map.
